Our Senior Management Team

We have a powerful Senior Management Team hailing from the best Universities and Colleges in the Philippines, with a combined experience of over 100 years in Business, Management, ICT and Operations. Together they provide Digital with a unique blend of skills and foresight not found anywhere else. Our Managers steer the Company as they impart knowledge, skills and experience to the rest of our staff. It is the collective talent, effort and dedication of all that makes the success of Digital possible.

Romuald Paredes (Acting President/Chief Executive Officer CEO, Project Management Professional, Lead Technical Consultant)

Red has over 20 years experience in Information Technology including 3 years in New York and 2 years in Singapore. He has done Consultancy work for SeaLand (now Maersk), Hapag-Llloyd, Singapore Telecom, British Telecom, NYNEX (now Verizon), Publishers Clearing House, Fujitsu, AASMI (now PSE-listed Boulevard Holdings Inc.), SVI, and was a Consultant of the British Council Regional Support Centre for East Asia and Pacific Region comprised of 15 countries including Japan, Hong Kong, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand from 1999-2004. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines (College of Engineering, 1987) and an MBA candidate at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He holds prestigious technical and managerial certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP certification), the Help Desk Institute, Microsoft and CompTIA. Red rejoined Digital following a successful engagement as Country Representative of US-based Linspire from 2005 till 2008 (Linspire was acquired by Xandros in 2008) during which Linspire grew from zero user base to top ranking in Asia Pacific and deployment to over 200 schools. Red concurrently acts a President and Project Manager/Lead Technical Consultant for special projects.

Darwin S. Vitug (Chief Operating Officer COO, and Vice President for Business Development - Special Projects)

Darwin brings a wealth of experience in Business Development, Project Management and Management of Special Projects with non-traditional accounts including Government, Quasi-Government and Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) on top of Technical expertise in the field of advanced communication technologies.

Pilardo M. Dayot (Vice President for Support Services)

Phil has a 20-year track record in both Management and Technical aspects of Information and Communications Technology. He has expertise in the fields of switching, transmission and operations in the Telecom industry and is an expert in Internet technlogies. He received extensive training from Germany, Israel, France and Malaysia. Phil was formerly the Director for Technical Audit of BayanTel, and Head of Service Assurance of PLDT (Visayas and Mindanao).

Engr. Samie Pimentel (Vice President for Systems Development)

Samie has over 20 years experience in Engineering and IT. He is the Chief Developer and Chief Software Architect of ACCEDE SMS School Administration and Management System (also known as ACCEDE SchoolMASTER) and ACCEDE GPS Geographical Plotting System - the Industry-Standard software used by banks for validating real estate assets based on coordinates. A true developer at heart, Samie still directly handles the continuing development of these systems.

External Consultants

To further strengthen our talent pool, Digital also seeks occassional support from Consultants. Though technically not part of the Senior Management Team, input of Consultants are highly valued in our decision-making process. We engage Technical, Business and Marketing Consultants as needed.

Benjamin C. Corpuz

Benjie has a 17-year successful career in Engineering, IT and Business Management. He was formerly the Vice President of Philcom Corporation and has Consulted for various companies including PhilWeb. He joined Digital initially as VP for International Operations to extend the market of services of Digital outside the Philippines

Val Martinez

Val has over 12 years of IT experience handling various specializations such as network, server, workstation, programming and security for Philippine National Bank, Accenture Manila and Nokia Care. He has a degree in Computer Science from AMA Computer University and has been certified by the International Council of Electronic Commerce Consultants (EC-Council) as a Certified Ethical Hacker. Val has been a valued Consultant since 2008.

Crispin SJ Jacinto

Cris has a 30-year impressive background in Technical Services and Business Development. Cris formerly headed the IT Products Department covering all Software Sales (ACCEDE product line and Microsoft/Linux licensing) and Hardware/ Security as Vice President for Business Development - IT Products. Prior to joining Digital, Cris specialized on Banking and Banking Applications.

Dianne Siozon

Dianne has over 10 years experience in Marketing and Education Promotion. She was formerly Education Promotions Manager of British Council and as Area Manager of Systems Technology Institute (STI). She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines. She works with Study International, providing education counselling services for prospective students for UK-based universities. Dianne was formerly Vice President for Marketing for Educational Services of Digital Visions.

Mildred Carlos

Milky has over 15 years experience in Management, Sales and Marketing. Her prior Corporate affiliations include Universal Robina Corporation, Pfizer, Eli Lilly (Phils.) and Mead Johnson. A consistent Dean's Lister, she graduated from St. Paul’s College of Manila with B.S.C., Major in Marketing and has credited units at Ateneo-Regis MBA Program. Milky was formerly Vice President for Marketing of Digital Visions prior to relocating to Australia.

Matt Matias

Matt joined Digital bringing 10 years Corporate experience in Management and Business Development coupled with a keen interest in IT ventures. As VP for Business Development / BPO, Matt handles BPO-related ventures of Digital including Contact Center/ Contact Center setup and Consultancy, as well as VOIP services. Initially a Consultant of Digital in 2006, Matt was later appointment as Vice President for Business Development - Business Process Outsourcing. Prior to joining Digital, Matt handled Sales and Marketing activities for Smart Telecommunications and Platinum Plans concurrently with IT ventures.

Rachel Ponce

Rachel obtained her degree in Sociology from the University of Santo Tomas and has completed academic requirements leading to a Master’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology at the Ateneo de Manila University. She is a recipient of the Director’s Award for Academic Excellence at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business in 2003. She is a Certified Instructor of the internationally-recognized Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision Making Course and of the SGV-DDI Interaction Management Program. As a HR practitioner, she has specialized skills and training in manpower planning, salary and benefits administration, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, organizational development, training needs analysis, performance appraisal management, job evaluation. She has extensive experience and training in purchasing, including materials management, inventory, warehouse operations and in general services administration.
