Database Cleansing Service (DCS) for email (FREE Demo)

This is the DCS for email FREE Demo page - there are NO FEES to use this. This is intended to demonstrate our technology. In this free edition, you can only validate one at a time. In the Commercial edition, can upload XLS XLSX file of email addresses so that you can cleanse 2,500 to 500,000 addresses at a time.

How it works

Email addresses are validated through several steps. First by checking the DNS for the domain (@company.com) and obtaining the MX record, followed by querying the Message Transfer Agent (MTA) to verify the address. For webmail like Yahoo (DCS can detect Yahoo "554" delivery error aka User doesn't have a yahoo.com account), Hotmail and GMail, this is done through custom code to interface with their system. It is this technology that makes our service above the rest.

To prove to yourself that our technology works, we recommend that you try out both known bad email addresses and known good email addresses. DCS must identify them properly and consistently.

Accuracy of DCS for email

DCS is 98% to 99.9% accurate based on testing on tens of thousands of email addresses. This means that once we cleanse your database, you will achive a high rate of delivery. We guarantee at least 95%.

If you are a professional bulk mailer, we recommend you cleanse your database periodically, at least 2 to 4 times a year.
