Database Cleansing Service (DCS) is now available!
You have reached the Digital Visions portal for DCS.
DCS was conceptualized in October 2010 and has since been under Research and Development to bring the benefits of highly complex technical validation processes to businesses where they are most needed. We went into Beta stage Sept 2011. We are pleased to announce we are live now.
DCS can be used as follows:
- Provide Marketers, email mass Mailers, Newletters Senders and other users of Bulk Email the means to cleanse their email address databases and thus shorten sending times and prevent flagging by Junk Mail filters due to excessive failed deliveries
- Provide Mobile Marketers, Bulk SMS senders the means to cleanse their mobile numbers database to make their sending efficient and cut SMS costs
- Provide Buyers of Databases a means to get accurate statistics on what they are buying
- End the need to manually manage bounces and NDR
You can access the DCS interface through the following:
DCS for email (FREE Demo) - Get FREE demonstration of DCS. Evaluate the technology personally by manually keying in email addresses you know to be good or non-existent.
DCS for email (Commercial) - Upload your list of email addresses in XLS XLSX format online. DCS costs P 0.25 per email address but can be as low as P 0.05 when bundled with bulk email service.
DCS for Mobile - Verify mobile numbers in bulk. This is the fastest and most accurate way to verify mobile numbers - Globe Sun Smart - know which numbers are dead, temporarily inactive, active. Cost is P 0.50 per mobile number but can be as low as P 0.25 when bundled with text blast service.

DCS is 99.99% accurate based on testing on hundreds of thousands of mobile numbers.
DCS is 98% to 99.9% accurate based on testing on tens of thousands of email addresses. This means that once we cleanse your database, you will achive a high rate of delivery. We guarantee at least 95%.
If you are a professional bulk mailer, we recommend you cleanse your database periodically, at least 2 to 4 times a year.
